It's been a long time since my last update here. Since I prefer to hide away from social media as much as possible, since the Kickstarter launch of Complex Relations, I've been quietly keeping up monthly updates through Kickstarter, but mostly withdrawn from communication about the game apart from that. People who've been following those updates will know that there has been a bunch of progress on the game since then, even if the project has been frustratingly delayed. But since those are gated to backers, and I'm not sure how many of the people who backed the game even read through their contents, I don't know if many people are still following along with the game's development progress any more, or are even aware that it's still ongoing.

But there's definitely a lot more of Complex Relations to share now than there was at the time of the last demo release. And I decided this was as good a time as any to put some of it out there again. This time, the current demo doesn't reflect all the contents that've been developed for the game so far- far from it. But it's a lot longer than the original demo, and has some assets incorporated into earlier parts of the game which weren't originally available.

The place that this one leaves off might be a bit of a tease, and it's still a long way from showcasing the full game. But hopefully, it'll give people something of a taste for where things have been headed during the long quiet period of development.
